In 2002, shortly after getting my real estate license in Arizona (where I am originally from), I moved to Utah and started working with a broker who specialized in multi-unit sales. He encouraged me to pick a niche market to pursue. After a little research, I determined that the fairly unknown market (at that time) of "short sales" was the niche I wanted to master.

With the help of a good broker I was able to close a couple deals to get my head above water and then my focus changed to gathering as much information about the short sale process as possible. Surprisingly there wasn't a whole lot of information out there at the time. I was able to find the basics through some websites and a couple seminars I attended. But for the most part, it was a trial and error process. I trudged my way through, learning more and more with every deal I was involved with.

Since 2003 about 95% of my business has been dedicated to helping homeowners avoid foreclosure through the, now widely known process of a short sale. My business has come a long way since I began my career in real estate. I have developed new ideas, new systems and new relationships that continue to help my business grow. Every day and every transaction brings new challenges and new opportunities.

When I am not engulfed in the wonderful world of pre-foreclosure and short sales, I spend my time with my wonderful wife and two boys. Together we spend lots of time in Fillmore Utah and Glendale Arizona with the grandparents. I also enjoy barbecues on the back deck, playing softball, football or any other sport with a ball in it and spending time with extended family and friends.
